Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using this site. By using this site, you signify and confirm your agreement with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any of the below Terms of Use, do not use this site. The Diaspora Events reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, alter or otherwise update these Terms of Use at any time and you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations or updates.

Trademarks, Copyrights and Restrictions

This site is controlled and operated by the Diaspora Events. All material on this site, including, but not limited to images, illustrations, audio clips and video clips, is protected by copyrights which are owned and controlled by the Diaspora Events or by other parties that have licensed their material to the Diaspora Events (the “Copyrights”).
Material from this website or from any other website owned, operated, licensed or controlled by the Diaspora Events may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed without attribution. Modification of the materials or use of the materials for any other purpose is a violation of the Copyrights and other proprietary rights. For the purposes of this Terms of Use, the use of any such material on any other website or networked computer environment may be done only with attribution. The Diaspora Events and associated logos/designs are trade-marks of the Diaspora Events and may not be used for any purpose without the Diaspora Events’ written consent.


a) The Diaspora Events is respectful of the privacy concerns of the visitors to its sites on the Internet. As a general policy, no personal information is automatically collected from visitors to its sites. However, certain non-personal information of visitors is recorded by the standard operation of the Diaspora Events’ servers. This information is primarily used to provide an enhanced online experience for the visitor. Information tracked includes the type of browser being used by the visitor, the type of operating system in use by the visitor and the domain name of the visitor’s Internet service. By having this information, web pages optimized for a particular visitor’s computer is automatically available to that visitor. Other uses of this information include internal review of the number of visitors to the sites but only in an aggregate and non-personally identifiable form. E-mail addresses and other personally identifiable data about visitors to this site are known to the Diaspora Events only when voluntarily submitted. Personally identifiable information that may be collected in connection with visitors voluntarily contributing to comments sections (“Comments”) is retained by the Diaspora Events and not sold or otherwise transferred to any third party. This information is used to better understand visitors’ use of our sites and to facilitate participating in the Comments. However, this data in an aggregate form may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising or other uses. We sometimes also use e-mail addresses and other personally identifiable information to contact visitors who communicate with us.

b) The Diaspora Events does not store any identifiable information in its site other than voluntarily submitted email addresses. No other information about site users is stored on the Diaspora Events servers or locally in a cookie. Users should be aware that when they voluntarily disclose personal information (e.g., user name, e-mail address, telephone number) in the chat areas, such information can be collected and used by others and may result in unsolicited messages from other people. To the extent that any other sites are accessible through the Diaspora Events and have additional practices, these practices will be explained at that site.

Linked Sites

The Diaspora Events whether or not affiliated with sites which may be linked to this site, is not responsible for their content (the “Linked Sites”). The Linked Sites are for your convenience only and you access them at your own risk.

Social Media Tools

The Diaspora Events uses third party social media tools, such as Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus and YouTube terms and conditions. Personally-identifiable information shared with those services is not shared with the Diaspora Events, nor does the Diaspora Events share any personally-identifiable information about its users with those services.


(a) The materials in the Diaspora Events’ Websites are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind either expressed or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, the Diaspora Events disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The Diaspora Events does not warrant that the functions contained in the materials will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Diaspora Events’ Websites or the server that makes them available are free of viruses or other harmful components. The Diaspora Events does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the materials in the Diaspora Events Websites in terms of their correctness, accuracy, reliability or otherwise. You (and not the Diaspora Events) assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair or correction. Applicable law may not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. The material that you read in the Diaspora Events’ Websites is provided solely for entertainment and informational purposes.

(b) The information and opinions expressed on this site are not necessarily those of the Diaspora Events, its Council, its Board of Directors, its staff, its team, its contributors, its editors or its affiliated or related entities and may represent the personal views of the Diaspora Events’ contributors and writers only, and not necessarily the organizations or companies with which they may be affiliated. The Diaspora Events is an open forum for the free exchange of ideas and thus does not endorse, promote or support any particular point of view, provided the Diaspora Events reserves the right not to post, or to remove, anything that may be offensive, in its sole discretion. The Diaspora Events makes no representations or warranties regarding that information or those opinions. Furthermore, neither the Diaspora Events nor its affiliated or related entities are responsible or liable to any person or entity whatsoever (including, without limitation, persons who may use or rely on such data/materials or to whom such data/materials may be furnished) for any loss, damage (whether actual, consequential, punitive or otherwise), injury, claim, liability or other cause of any kind or character whatsoever based on or resulting from any information or opinions provided in the Diaspora Events’ Websites.

Submissions and Commenting

Any notes, message billboard postings, ideas, suggestions, concepts or other material submitted will become the property of the Diaspora Events throughout the universe and the Diaspora Events shall be entitled to use the material for any type of use forever including in any media whether now known or hereafter devised. When you submit material to the Diaspora Events Websites, you agree that the Diaspora Events has the right (but not the obligation) to publish the material for any type of use as outlined above including promotional and advertising purposes.
The Diaspora Events is not responsible for any material or comments posted in our Comments sections. By posting comments you agree to abide by the following:

(a) You will not post or transmit, in any manner whatsoever, any person’s contact information including, inter alia, e-mail addresses, “instant messenger” nicknames, telephone numbers, postal addresses, or full names through your publicly posted information;

(b) You will not use the Comments to infringe, directly or indirectly, the privacy rights, intellectual or other property rights, or any other rights of any person, or engage in any form of harassment or other offensive or illegal conduct, including but not limited to the posting of communications, pictures, videos or audio recordings which contain libelous, slanderous, abusive or defamatory statements (including statements which defame any race, religion or other minority group), pornographic, obscene, or offensive language or images.

The Diaspora Events will fully co-operate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing the Diaspora Events to disclose the identity of anyone posting any such e-mails, statements or materials;

(c) You will not post or otherwise distribute messages, pictures or recordings or use them in any way that:

  • (i) violates, improperly uses without attribution, or infringes upon the rights of any third party, including but not limited to any copyright or trade-mark law, or other proprietary rights, including other intellectual property rights; or
  • (ii) is fraudulent, misleading or otherwise unlawful or violates any law; or
  • (iii) you will not use the Comments to distribute, promote or otherwise publish any material containing any solicitation for funds, advertising or solicitation for goods or services; and

(d) You will not use the Comments to forward any form of “chain” or similar letter through the Comments, or up load any virus, Trojan horses or do anything else that might cause harm to the Comments, the Diaspora Events site or to other party’s systems, in any way. You agree to indemnify the Diaspora Events and its officers, directors, employees, agents, distributors and affiliates from and against any and all third party claims, demands, liabilities, costs or expenses, including reasonable lawyer’s fees, resulting from your breach of any of the foregoing agreements, representations and warranties.


(a) Unless otherwise specified, the materials in the Diaspora Events’ Websites are presented solely for the purpose of fostering the exchange of information and opinion to open discussion of current issues of importance to the general public. This site is controlled and operated by the Diaspora Events from its offices within Poland. The Diaspora Events makes no representation that materials in the Diaspora Events Websites are appropriate or available for use in other locations, or that they comply with local laws. Those who choose to access this site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

(b) This agreement shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Lubelskie Region and of Poland applicable therein. Any action you, any third party or the Diaspora Events bring to enforce this agreement or, in connection with, any matters related to this site shall be brought only in the courts of the Lubelskie Region in Poland, and you expressly consent to the jurisdiction of said courts.

(c) If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

(d) This is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the matters contained herein and shall not be modified except in writing by the Diaspora Events.
